As a final eliminator for the British Middleweight title, Udofia was scheduled to face Kieran Conway. The board's announcement confirmed the bout between Udofia and Conway for May. "Following Tyler Denny's withdrawal from the above final eliminator contest, the Stewards decided to approve a request from Eddie Hearn for the above contest, which will take place on a date and venue to be advised," the statement added.
