Abuja Marathon begins on Friday with the EXPO

The Pavilion, next to the International Conference Center, is located across from Radio House in Abuja, where the Abuja Marathon Expo will begin. The Marathon Expo will kick off the lead-up events for the Abuja International Marathon on Friday, April 21, 2023, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2023. According to a press release from the race director Olukayode Thomas, the Abuja Marathon Expo will kick off at The Pavilion next to the International Conference Center. The first of its type in Abuja and the FCT is the Abuja International Marathon. There are three divisions in the race: the 5 km for students, the 10 km for families, and the 42 km for elites and ardent runners. According to Thomas, the Marathon Expo will open each day at 9 am and close at 6 pm. The EXPO's slogan is "Showcasing the Best of FCT."
