Fastest lady on earth Elaine Thompson-Herah starts preparing for her Paris Olympic title defense

In her Road to Paris series, Elaine Thompson-Herah released her first training video. Olympic double sprint champion Elaine Thompson-Herah has shared a video on her Instagram profile and is back in training for the 2024 Summer Olympics."We've spent so much time judging what other people created that we've created very, very little of our own," the woman wrote in the description of a post she made on her page. -Paul Chadwick The 2023 season got off to a difficult start for the women's 100-meter event's fastest living competitor. She did, however, make a statement return following the World Championships in Budapest, sending a message to her competitors at the end of the season that she still one of the top female sprinters in the world. With her back in training and looking sharp to defend her titles, Thompson-Herah will hope for an injury-free 2024 season as she chases the greatest historic moments in women's Olympic track and field history.
