Saudi Arabia announce bid for 2034 World Cup

Saudi Arabia reveals their next objective in their quest for athletic prominence on a global scale. After Morocco, Spain, and Portugal were named as the co-hosts of the 2030 World Cup, Saudi Arabia today formally stated its intention to host the event in 2034. Given their recent investment, the Gulf nation's intention to host the world's largest athletic event is well known.They have now entered the running to host the 2024 edition, and Saudi Arabia will feel confident about its chances given FIFA's announcement that they will only consider proposals from the AFC and OFC.
