Officially, Liverpool requests access to the VAR audio for Luis Diaz's goal that was ruled offside

Liverpool has asked the PGMOL in writing for the audio of the exchange between referee Simon Hooper and the video assistant referee office at Stockley Park during Saturday's defeat against Tottenham. Because the VAR officials believed incorrectly that the goal had been awarded by the referee, Liverpool had a goal disallowed for offside. The PGMOL admitted following the game that "a significant human error" was to blame for the decision to reverse the Colombian's goal. According to sources, Liverpool has now sent a letter to PGMOL requesting access to the audio of the exchange between the referee and the VAR officials.
