Meet Yared Nuguse, a US track champion who can complete the Rubik's Cube in less than 40 seconds

For some people, it can take weeks, months, or even years to solve a Rubik's Cube. Yared Nuguse, an American track athlete, however, solves it in less than 40 seconds. Ern Rubik, a Hungarian architect, created the Rubik's Cube in 1974, and only a select few people worldwide can figure out how to solve it. Yared Nuguse, though, completes it in under 40 seconds. Nuguse, an Ethiopian-American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 1500 meters and holds the North American outdoor and indoor records in those distances, was born to Ethiopian parents.Nuguse, one of the top young athletes in the men's 1500m, will be vying for a medal at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
