Sha'Carri Richardson: Unbeatable US champion defeats world No.1 Shericka Jackson at Silesia Diamond League

Carlos Alcaraz, 20, became the youngest Wimbledon men's singles champion since Boris Sha'Carri Richardson, the US Champion, extended her unbeaten streak this season by defeating Shericka Jackson for the second match to win the Silesia Diamond League. Sha'Carri Richardson won the women's 100m at the Silesia Diamond League in 10.76 seconds (0.2 seconds faster than Shericka Jackson) in a showdown of the two fastest women in the world this season. The freshly minted US champion had a slow start but raced down the Jamaican champion, crossing first ahead of Jackson in 10.78s, with home girl Ewa Swoboda finishing third in a blistering Personal Best (PB) of 10.94s.She set a new personal best and world record of 10.71 seconds at the US Championships, but it was short-lived as Jackson smashed it 24 hours later with a time of 10.65 seconds.
