Nigeria's national U-16 women's basketball team is vying for a spot in the African qualifications and has started well alongside their male counterparts. The Nigerian National U16 women's basketball team had a successful day at the FIBA Africa Zone 3 qualifications in Ghana.Following a commanding 73-24 win on Friday, the Nigerian girls showed to be too much for their Ghanaian counterparts. From the first through the fourth quarter at Eden Heights in Accra, Ghana, Nigeria dominated the game from start to finish.
