NBA Victor Oladipo: Nigerian-born NBA and Afrobeats star to sell estate for ₦5.2 billion

Victor Oladipo, a Nigerian-born NBA and Afrobeats star, is selling his estate for $5.2 billion. Victor Oladipo, an American professional basketball star of Nigerian descent, has offered his Miami Beach home for $9.995 million, according to listing agent Liz Hogan of Compass. The roughly 6,500-square-foot home, according to Hogan, is located on secured Hibiscus Island, south of the Venetian Islands. Oladipo said that he paid $7.75 million for the seven-bedroom property after being traded from the Houston Rockets in 2021. He chose the property because of its three-mile closeness to the Heat arena and the fact that it is a modern residence with various terraces and a pool that was created in 2020. The guesthouse now has a $50,000 recording studio that was added by the NBA All-Star, who is also a singer.For his upcoming album, which has not yet been given a name, the Connected singer claimed to have used the studio to record tracks. Oladipo also stated that he also hosted his daughter's first birthday celebration at the home. According to Hogan, the nearly 13-acre site is larger than usual for the neighborhood.
