Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, and Architecture is preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry. Experience in the roofing industry is required Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering diverse projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
