Davido and Pinnick reach an out-of-court settlement; Davido will play at the "Warri Again" event

Davido was sued by the corporation for allegedly breaking the terms of his contract to play at the 19th "Warri Again Concert."An out-of-court settlement between Brownhill Investment Company and David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has been approved by an Effurun Delta High Court.On Thursday, Effurun's High Court Three's Justice Michael Obi congratulated both parties for their cooperative decision to resolve out-of-court."I applaud both parties for attempting to reach a settlement outside of court," stated Obi. According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Amaju Pinnick, the former president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), is the owner of Brownhill Investment Company.
