Not surprising for a perfectionist like Queen B.Beyoncé's mother, Ms. Tina Knowles, has talked about her daughter's behavior backstage at concerts, mentioning that she can be harsh.Speaking with media personality Sheri, she expressed her relief that the Renaissance tour is finished and that she is no longer required to help with the last-minute modifications and backstage commotion. Knowles emphasized that her daughter acts cruelly when she performs, and she recently told Beyoncé as much.“We laughed about this recently because I was saying, ‘Girl, you get really mean back there,’” she told the host, laughing. “And I am really happy that I don’t have to be back there anymore. We’d laugh because she used to perform ‘Flaws and All.’ She would sing, ‘I’m a bi**h in the morning,’ and I’ll be like, ‘And the evening too!’” Knowles did note that the singer would often break down and apologise for her bossy behaviour behind the scenes, attributing it to the jarring pressure of the shows.
