Joe Jonas is being sued by Sophie Turner for illegally holding their children in the US

It appears like things between these ex-lovers are becoming a little nasty.The passports of their children have been held captive, according to a lawsuit filed by Sophie Turner against her separated husband Joe Jonas.In the application submitted on September 20, 2023, the Game of Thrones star demanded "the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained," according to People Magazine. Invoking the international convention known as the Hague Convention, which addresses transnational kidnapping of children, Sophie submitted these filings in a federal court. The actress explained that she and Jonas had decided to sell their Miami property in order to raise their two kids Willa and J.D. in England as their "forever home" starting in December 2022. She also stressed in the paperwork that before the divorce papers were filed, Jonas was in temporary custody of their girls because he had more daylight hours to spend with them in comparison to her and her gruelling shooting hours in the UK.
