Arsenal were defeated by Brighton at the Emirate Stadium, ending their Premier League title bid. The Gunners maintain their title challenge, putting pressure on league leaders Manchester City, who are four points ahead of them. However, a 3-0 defeat at Brighton handed the title to City. The first half of the game ended in a tie since neither team could create clear-cut chances. Brighton came out strong in the second half, destroying Arsenal's title hopes with three goals from Julio Enciso, Deniz Undez, and Pervis Estupinan.
