The record-signing Chelsea Moises Caicedo has surpassed Ramus Hojlund and Andre Onana of Manchester United in the flop category, earning the unpleasant distinction of being named the Premier League's biggest disappointment of the season. Even with their large summer transfer spending, Chelsea and Manchester United's star players have fallen short of the high expectations placed on them by their high asking prices. Caicedo, who cost an incredible £115 million ($146 million) to go from Brighton to Stamford Bridge, has come under heavy fire from former Scotland international Ally McCoist.
