Juventus has since issued a statement announcing that the midfielder has been temporarily suspended following a positive drug test. The 30-year-old World Cup winner tested positive for testosterone following the Old Lady's Serie A match against Udinese on August 20th, as Pulse Sports previously reported.If the anti-doping tribunal finds the midfielder guilty, he may face a four-year suspension, which would be a longer suspension. The midfielder must now offer a justification for the positive drug test.
