In now-deleted tweets, Super Eagles star Amoo dismisses sexual assault charges while providing fitness updates

Akinkunmi Amoo tweeted and deleted updates on his fitness after being charged with sexual assault and sentenced to a year in prison. Akinkunmi Amoo has resumed social media activity despite being found guilty and sentenced to one year in a Danish prison for allegedly sexually abusing three women. The 21-year-old was found guilty of all recent claims leveled against him, including those for which he was jailed in September 2022, and is claimed to be appealing the conviction. The Copenhagen winger has since updated on his social media account, although not in regard to the significant news surrounding him, instead providing fitness updates.
