FG vows to use NPF, EFCC, CBN, Customs to fight people plotting naira's downfall

A 7,000-person special task force has been assembled by the EFCC to combat dollar racketeers.The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) are working together to solve issues affecting the country's economic stability in an attempt to protect Nigeria's foreign exchange market and stop speculative actions.This was said in a statement made on Tuesday in Abuja by Zakari Mijinyawa, Head of Strategic Communication at ONSA.According to Mijinyawa, new intelligence reports have brought to light persistent unlawful operations in the Nigerian foreign currency market. He stated that the ONSA and CBN are working together to address these infractions.
