The NGX market indices extend their gains by 0.06%

The total market capitalisation increased by N18 billion, or 0.06 percent, to N29.927 trillion, up from N29.909 trillion on Tuesday. The domestic equities market closed on a positive note on Wednesday, extending the winning streak by N18 billion. Investors' interest in banking stocks boosted the positive outcome, with market indices rising by 0.06 percent. The All-Share Index rose 31.43 points, or 0.06 percent, to close at 54,936.11 from 54,904.68 on Tuesday.
