President Tinubu stressed the importance of a peaceful resolution if any conflicts arose between these critical government entities in a statement issued through his media adviser, Tunde Rahman. He expressed hope that the situation will be settled amicably. On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, DSS operatives allegedly prevented EFCC employees from entering their office premises in Ikoyi, Lagos.However, the DSS has denied these claims, asserting that such an incident never took place.
