Hilda Baci was regarded as a cultural icon by President Muhammadu Buhari.President Muhammadu Buhari has commended and hailed Nigerian Chef Hilda Baci for breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon.Baci began her four-day culinary marathon challenge at Amore Gardens on Thursday, May 11. She had cooked for 87 hours and 46 minutes as of 7:46 a.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023, breaking the record set by an Indian chef, Lata Tondon, in 2019. President Buhari congratulated Baci in a series of tweets, saying he has brought Nigeria into the international spotlight.
