APC announces zoning of NASS leadership, endorses Akpabio, Abass

Akpabio and Abass have been endorsed as Senate President and House Speaker, respectively.The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee has endorsed Senator Godswill Akpabio as the next Senate President.The party made the announcement in a statement on Monday, May 8, 2023 Tajudeen Abass was also backed by the party as the next Speaker of the House of Representatives in the next 10th National Assembly.
