INEC issues certificates of return to the Lagos Speaker and 39 other individuals

Obasa promised to assist the governor in his efforts to bring growth and progress to Lagos state while also protecting residents' lives and property. After the presentation in Lagos on Thursday, Obasa told reporters that he would ensure a greater Lagos at the 10th Assembly. According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), 38 lawmakers-elect from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and two from the opposition received their certificates of return. "On behalf of my colleagues, when we reconvene for the 10th assembly, we will build on the success of the current assembly."
