FG announces public holidays on Tuesday and Wednesday in honour of Eid-el-Fitr

The minister prayed for everyone and the nation to experience peace, blessings, and Allah's favour while wishing the Muslim Ummah a joyful Eid-el-Fitr celebration.In honour of Eid-el-Fitr, the Federal Government has proclaimed Tuesday, April 9, and Wednesday, April 10, to be public holidays.Dr. Aishetu Ndayako, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, made this announcement on Sunday in Abuja.She said that the Federal Government's Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, congratulated the whole Muslim Ummah on their successful completion of the fast.
