Nigerian youths are gifted, Tinubu seeks win-win collaboration with Meta

On Thursday, while hosting a group from Meta Platforms Incorporated, which is headed by Sir Nick Clegg, the former Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and President of Global Affairs at Meta, he made this statement in Abuja.The President said that Nigeria was opening up channels of opportunities in information and communications technology, deepening capacity, and fostering partnerships in order to catch up with global technological advancements. According to him, the government has launched the 3MTT initiative, which would teach three million young Nigerians digital technologies and basic skills before placing them in innovation hubs throughout the country. The President stated that the most important resource Nigeria has in its arsenal for achieving digital economic progress is its young.
