Former Lagos commissioner Mobereola is named the new NIMASA DG by Tinubu

The new director-general is expected to use his extensive knowledge to his new position by the president.Dr. Dayo Mobereola has been appointed as the Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) for a four-year renewable term, as authorized by President Bola Tinubu.The appointment comes after Bashir Jamoh's departure, as his term was about to end. Mobereola graduated from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom with a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in transport economics. He is a fellow of both the Nigerian branch of the Chartered Institute of Transport in England.
