This was revealed at Port Harcourt by Fidet Okhiria, Managing Director of the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC), following the delegation's test-run of the rebuilt Eastern Narrow Gauge Rail line. In order to ensure that full train operation could start within the month, he added that workmen were now completing touches to the rails.
