$6.23 million fake signature of Buhari Mustapha testifies against Emefiele and CBN withdrawal

Mustapha claimed he was unaware of the money purportedly taken out to pay for foreign poll monitors.In his testimony on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Boss Mustapha claimed that he and former President Muhammadu Buhari's signatures were forged in relation to the $6.23 million that was taken out of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) just before the 2023 presidential election.During the prosecution of former CBN governor Godwin Emefiele, Mustapha made these assertions.Mustapha stated in his testimony that his signature was used without his permission and that he was unaware of the money that was purportedly taken out to pay for foreign election monitors.
