NiMet predicts 3 day dust haze, sunshine across Nigeria

Over the inland states of the South and the coastal cities in the morning, NiMet expects cloudy sky with patches of sunshine.Dust haze and sunshine are expected throughout the nation from Sunday to Tuesday, according to the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet).Dust clouds were predicted to cover the northern region on Sunday throughout the forecast period in NiMet's Weather Outlook, which was published in Abuja on Saturday. NiMet predicts cloudy skies and sunny skies across the North Central region for the duration of the prediction.“Cloudy skies with intervals of sunshine is anticipated over the inland states of the South and the coastal belt during the morning hours. “In the afternoon/evening period, localized thunderstorms are expected over parts of Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom states,” it said.
