Two are detained by the NDLEA for illegal firearm possession

According to the state commander, the suspects will be turned over to the police for additional examination and any required action.Two males were taken into custody by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency's (NDLEA) Nasarawa State Command on the Keffi-Nasarawa Road for unlawful firearm possession.This was disclosed by the agency's Nasarawa State Commander, Peter Onche-Odaudu, on Friday during a press conference in Lafia.Onche-Odaudu claims that on October 28, 2023, while on motorized patrol on Keffi-Nasarawa Road, agents from the agency's Keffi Area Command halted a commercial vehicle for a standard stop and search.
