'Serial election loser' Atiku is told to shut up by the APC

The APC demands that Atiku refrain from stirring fury and casting doubt on Nigeria's democratic institutions.The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate On February 25, Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president, has received advice from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to accept his loss as an elder statesman.The advise was provided in a statement made on Monday in Abuja by Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, in response to Atiku's earlier-in-the-day news conference.He pointed out that the Presidential poll Petition Court and the Supreme Court categorically rejected Atiku's claims that the poll was marred by anomalies as unfounded and unverifiable. The APC spokesman further noted that nowhere in Atiku's speech did he state that he won the election. This, he said, corroborated the court's findings and decision that he did not, in fact, win the election.
