The Supreme Court will hear Atiku's case against Tinubu on Monday

Atiku has appealed Tinubu's case to the Supreme Court in an effort to overturn the tribunal's decision upholding Tinubu's victory.The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for president in this year's general elections, Atiku Abubakar, filed an appeal against President Bola Tinubu, and the Supreme Court has announced that the hearing will take place on Monday, October 23, 2023.After finishing in second place in the election on February 25, the PDP candidate petitioned the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) to overturn INEC's decision to declare Tinubu the winner.
