Atiku requests permission from the Supreme Court to present new evidence against Tinubu

Atiku requested permission from the Supreme Court to present the CSU records as evidence against President Tinubu.Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party's (PDP) nominee for president in the general elections of 2023, has asked the Supreme Court for permission to present new evidence that President Bola Tinubu lied.The former Vice President announced his desire to surrender Tinubu's academic records, which were given to him by Chicago State University (CSU), in documents submitted to the supreme court on Friday, October 6, 2023. After being ordered by a court in the United States to release and take a deposition on the documents, CSU gave the President's academic credentials to Atiku on Monday. The said documents, which have been circulating online, showed some inconsistencies in Tinubu's certificate and other credentials.
