As a tribunal dismisses Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule, the PDP prevails

The Nasarawa governorship election was held on March 18, and David Ombugadu was proclaimed the victor by the court.The election of Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has been declared invalid by the Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, which is based in Lafia.The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was also directed by the court to withdraw the certificate of return given to the governor after the state's governorship election on March 18. However, David Ombugadu, the candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was not happy with INEC's announcement that Governor Sule had won the poll.
