Official announcement: WAEC will use CBT for WASSCE

Areghan stated that he had included using the CBT form of administration for certain of the council's exams in his future plans for the organization.The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) reports that preparations are well underway to administer its exams using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.Patrick Areghan, the Head of National Office (HNO), dropped the clue during a Saturday interview in Lagos with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). Areghan was speaking as he prepared to step down from office on October 1 against the backdrop of noteworthy accomplishments and developments made by the council under his leadership. After serving his three-year term, he would retire.
