I regret a lot what I said regarding the UNICAL sex affair, Minister

Recall that the minister recently appeared on AIT and expressed her strong rejection of sexual harassment and associated offenses.The Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, has apologized for remarks made about the sexual assault issue at the University of Calabar (UNICAL) in Cross River that were attributed to her in a popular video.The proclamation was made in response to recent public conversations and comments by worried Nigerians regarding the developing situation at the school concerning Prof. Cyril Ndifon, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and the claims of sexual harassment made against him. In a statement given to reporters on Sunday in Abuja, Kennedy-Ohanenye reaffirmed her dedication to justice, defending and improving the rights and wellbeing of Nigerian women, as well as the pursuit of justice wherever necessary.
