Gunmen invade El-Rufai Estate in Abuja, abduct resident

Before kidnapping the victim, the assailants fired randomly into the air to frighten the neighbors.A resident of Kuchiko Resettlement Development Area (KRDA), also known as El-Rufai Estate in Bwari, Abuja, was kidnapped by gunmen in the capital city on another occasion.Locals claim that the crime, which took place in the wee hours of Saturday, September 2, 2023, is the most recent in a string of kidnapping occurrences in the area. Meanwhile, the most recent incident's victim, Chinedu, was escorted from his home inside the complex. The victim's wife described how the kidnappers broke down a perimeter fence to gain entrance to their complex and then forcibly abducted her husband from their home while fully armed.
