Students who use heavy drugs won't be able to succeed in school, the NDLEA says

Hard drugs, according to the NDLEA, do not improve pupils' performance in any exam.No substance, according to the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), may improve students' academic performance in Nigeria, especially those attending the University of Ilorin. The counsel was given by Mohammad Ibrahim, the NDLEA Commander for Kwara Command, on Tuesday at Unilorin. He argued that using hard drugs doesn't improve pupils' performance on any test. Ibrahim emphasized that the slight feelings from the drugs would later do harm to such a student, and he added that they must reject any pressure that would cause them to overuse narcotics.
