Tinubu engages a special investigator to look into CBN and find missing money

According to Tinubu, the Special Investigator was chosen to help him in his fight against government corruption.The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Related Entities are the subject of an investigation by a Special Investigator that President Bola Tinubu has appointed.This was stated in a letter written by the President and addressed to Jim Osayande Obazee, the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria's (FRCN) Chief Executive Officer, who Tinubu designated as the investigation's lead. According to the rules of the appointment, the Special Instigator had to look into the CBN and other important Government Business Entities (GBEs) and submit a thorough report on the public assets that are now in the possession of corrupt individuals and organizations. Obazee was told by the President to get started right away and to keep him updated on his progress.
