The congressman, dressed in a red t-shirt and brown slacks, took his place in the upper gallery of the House's temporary chamber to witness proceedings. He had barely sat when one of his colleagues, Hon. Billy Osaweru, raised a point of order, drawing the Speaker, Hon Tajudeen Abbas,' attention to the lawmaker's inappropriate attire.
