Jos institute graduates first set of philosophers
Pastor Hankuri Gaya, speaking on behalf of the graduates, thanked the school's administration for providing them with the chance to study there.Jos' Yusuf Turaki Institute of Philosophy, Science, and Theology has graduated its inaugural class.Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and Executive Education (Ex.Ed.) degrees were awarded to the 20 graduates. Speaking at the celebration on Saturday in Jos, Prof Turaki, the Institute's Chief Executive, urged the graduates to use their newfound knowledge to benefit society and the church. "I feel great because this is something that began so small; I had no idea it would grow so large because we started it on a casual note, but it is now being formalized."
